Mr. Puglisi is the former Vice President and CIO for EMCOR Group Inc. As Group CIO, Mr. Puglisi was responsible for strategy and direction for over 85 operating companies throughout the US, Canada and the UK. For several years prior to joining EMCOR, Mr. Puglisi served as Vice President and CIO at Chartwell Re, a major insurance and reinsurance company where he managed both technology and administration for the company. Before that, Mr. Puglisi was Corporate Director of IT for Lehrer McGover Bovis, one of the largest Construction Management firms in the world. There he advanced the use of technology from pockets of word processing and spreadsheets on disparate, disjointed computers to one unified systems structure headquarters (NY) and all regional offices. The standards were later adopted by the parent in London and imposed on the other Bovis companies in the US and around the globe. Mr. Puglisi has a BS and MBA from the Stern School of Business at NYU where he has served as Adjunct Professor in Information Systems at the Graduate level.
Greg Fell is currently a General Partner in The Investors Collaborative, a Boston based Venture Capital group. As a trusted leader, he formally advises several technology startup companies, and mentors young entrepreneurs on the challenges in starting a technology business. Mr. Fell served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Terex Corporation from 2006-2013, where he led a strategic transformation of the IT Organization. Terex is a manufacturer of industrial equipment that employs 23,000 persons in 50 manufacturing locations around the globe. Before joining Terex, Mr. Fell spent nearly 20 years with Ford Motor Company. He started as a developer, and worked his way through a variety of management roles supporting the global Engineering and Manufacturing functions of the company. He has domain expertise on CAD/CAM/CAE systems, Lean Manufacturing, and Control Systems. Mr. Fell is a graduate of Michigan State University, and spent several years on staff in the College of Engineering as a Senior Research Programmer, and Instructor.
Mr. Fell is active in the CIO community, and is frequently quoted in books and periodicals for his knowledge of implementing ERP projects, and general IT leadership strategies. He is the current Chairman of the Fairfield Westchester Society of Information Managers, a former Board Member with Junior Achievement, and has mentored high school students through the First Tee Program. His book “Decoding the IT Value Problem” was published by John Wiley and Sons in August of 2013. The book has gained positive reviews for its research into the management issues and solutions required to make IT projects more successful.
Ursuline is Senior Vice President and Global Chief Information Officer of XL Reinsurance. She is responsible for all information systems strategy, support and operations for Reinsurance and Enterprise Corporate Applications. Since joining the Company in 1990, she has held a variety of positions related to technology management and during that time and was also based in Bermuda for almost 4 years. Ursuline reports to the CIO of XL and is a member of the Management Team in XL Reinsurance and XL which is responsible for aligning all XL I.T. strategy and budget against the XL business plans. In her role as XLRe CIO, Ursuline has traveled to various locations globally, managing and supporting diverse teams across Asia Pac, Latin America, U.S., Canada, Europe, Bermuda. For many years she has been responsible for implementing global business solutions, integrating both local and global business processes/governance, that need to meet local market and regulatory needs as well as meet the global needs of XL. She also serves, as well as attends, on a number of industry committees both at home and abroad. Ms. Foley has participated in various reinsurance industry technology and e-commerce initiatives for many years including co-chair of the reinsurance task group (TG 7) of Disa, ACORD Standards Committee and RAA I.T. Committee. She has served on the ACORD Advisory Board for a number of years. Ms. Foley has over 25 years of information technology experience, of which over 20 years were spent serving the reinsurance industry. Under her leadership, XLRe was recognized by Information Week in 2009 for being in the top 250 companies for technology innovation. During 2007 Ms Foley was recognized as one of the seven Technology Stars nationally by Tech Decisions and recognized as one of the Influential women in insurance by Insurance Networking News. Prior to joining XL, Ms. Foley was employed by Guy Carpenter New York as applications manager responsible for their domestic and international underwriting and accounting systems. Ursuline was raised in Ireland and holds a Bachelor of Science and Diploma in Education from University College Cork, Ireland and also a Masters of Science from Pace University, New York. She completed the CIO Leadership development program held jointly by the Concours Group and Babson University.
Jeff Galdenzi is a Delivery Manager for TEKsystems, a global managed services and recruiting company. Working with senior business leaders, to implement strategic initiatives and manage teams of consultants performing a myriad of IT and business functions within a spectrum of partner companies. Prior to TEKsystems, Jeff was guiding fortune 500 companies with the creation of data warehouses and Business Intelligence solutions. A leader of a processes re-engineering /ERP implementation, where Initiatives included a review and restructuring of all aspects of the manufacturing process, from sales quoting through shipping. He also spend an extended time at Iroquois Gas Transmission, leading several strategic corporate initiatives, including multi-million dollar purchase order (nomination) system and supervisory control and data acquisition systems, through heavily a regulated environment. Jeff earned an MBA from the University of New Haven in Information Systems and a BS from the University of Connecticut at Storrs. He also holds a PMI Certification in Project Management. As a board member of the Fairfield Westchester Society for Information Management, Jeff is active on the program committee and mentoring circles and is a graduate of their Regional Leadership Forum.
Andrew Cotter serves as CIO for Somerset Capital Group, Ltd. and has been with the organization since 2002. Mr. Cotter is primarily responsible for providing vision and leadership to develop and implement information technology initiatives related to the business, financial, and operations systems that are critical to core organizational functions. Through collaboration with business leaders and select vendor relationships, Mr. Cotter establishes, plans, and administers the overall policies and goals for the information technology department, as well as helps business operations utilize information systems to improve efficiency. Prior to joining Somerset, Mr. Cotter owned a full service technology services organization, distinguishing itself through a unique mix of hardware, software, networking and internet skills with customers ranging from small architectural firms, medium size capital markets organizations, medical and microelectronics firms to non-profit organizations. Mr. Cotter earned his Bachelor’s in Architectural Studies and Design from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst, in 1998.
Rob Barocas is a Corporate Finance ERP IT Leader with General Electric Corporation based in Fairfield Ct. Reporting to the CIO of Corporate Finance, Rob is responsible for leading the IT organization and managing all facets of the Corporate Ledger ERP program and implementation world-wide (General Ledger, Sub-ledgers, Interfaces, and BI/Reporting) in partnership with Finance to simplify global operations. Previously, Rob was VP Global Finance Transformation Manager at XL GROUP in Stamford, CT. For XL, Rob led their strategic transformation to simplify global financial systems to comply with regulatory reform and enable business decision capability using governed information. Prior, Rob worked in Financial Services and predominately was with JPMORGAN CHASE in a number of strategic financial management change and delivery leadership roles globally across the firm, ultimately attaining the role of VP Corporate Program Leader for Global Finance. Rob has a BS in Math and Computer Science from SUNY Binghamton and an MBA in Finance and Banking from Fordham University Graduate School of Business. Rob serves on the board of directors for FWSIM as VP of Arrangements and enjoys recreational running and biking, volunteering, and is an expert in skiing.

Jonathan H. Hill, DPS, is Dean of the Seidenberg School of Computer Science and Information Systems at Pace University, with campuses in Pleasantville and New York City. As Dean of the Seidenberg School, Jonathan Hill brings a combination of experience in both academia and the private sector that spans nearly three decades, including 15 years on the faculty at the City University of New York, where he developed successful educational programs in technology and entrepreneurship. In addition, Dr. Hill has held management positions with major, customer-facing technology companies including WorldRes.com and Travelocity. In addition to his teaching responsibilities at Pace, Dr. Hill has served as Program Chair (Computing Information Systems), Director of Special Programs and Projects, Assistant Dean, Associate Dean, and most recently as Interim Dean. He is a founder and director of the Pace STEM Collaboratory, as well as Seidenberg Creative Labs. Rhona Kannon is Director of Recruiting at CyberCoders, a division of On Assignment Inc. (NYSE: ASGN). Rhona has been recruiting for all levels and roles in technology for more than 15 years. Rhona also spent nearly 20 years in the field of information technology steadily progressing from programmer to managing teams. Prior to recruiting, Rhona spent 10 years at PepsiCo, advancing from senior systems analyst to managing the human resources and financial systems team. Most notably, Rhona was responsible for the systems design and implementation of PepsiCo’s stock option system. Tom joined Crane Co. in May 2012 as CIO. He is responsible for Information Technology across Crane, setting direction for deployment and management of technology investments at all business units. Tom was previously employed by Terex Corporation from 2007 to 2012 where he was most recently Group VP of IT for the Terex Construction business segment. Prior to that he spent eighteen years with Black & Decker Corporation in IT roles of increasing responsibility leading to the VP of IT position at B&D’s Hardware & Home Improvement group. Jim Panos is currently the Chief Information Officer at Central National-Gottesman Inc., a privately held $4+ billion merchant in the paper and pulp industry. Prior to that, Jim was the Director of Strategic Programs for The Dannon Company, where he led a number of key initiatives, including the implementation of Advanced Sales and Operations Planning for North America. Jeanette Horan currently serves on the board of Microvision Inc., an innovative display and imaging solutions company. She is currently the Chair of the Compensation Committee and served for seven years on the Audit Committee. In October 2015, Ms. Horan was nominated as a board member for Wolters Kluwer pending approval at the next Annual General Meeting of Shareholders. Wolters Kluwer is a global company that provides information, software, and services to legal, business, tax, accounting, finance, audit, risk, compliance, and healthcare professionals. Ms. Horan retired from IBM in July 2015 after 17 years with the company. Her most recent role was Managing Director for the Bank of America account. In this role she was responsible for IBM’s business with the Bank, bringing IBM innovations to help the Bank in their ongoing transformation. Previously Ms. Horan was the Chief Information Officer of IBM where she led the development and implementation of a technology strategy in close partnership with the business. Her emphasis was on the confluence of social, mobile, cloud and analytics; and how to use these technologies securely to personalize and enhance employee and client experiences. Lucy Tancredi is the Vice President, Director of Information Systems at FactSet Research Systems, a leading provider of integrated global financial information and analytical applications for the investment community. Sigal Zarmi is PwC Vice-Chairman and Network Chief Information Officer (CIO). She is responsible for developing and implementing PwC’s IT transformation strategy; leading the delivery of IT services to the PwC network; and creating the technology roadmap for PwC’s global portfolio of IT projects, initiatives and enterprise-wide systems. Prior to joining PwC, Sigal was CIO for GE Capital, Americas, where she led technology efforts to drive business growth and enhance the customer experience for a $105B portfolio of commercial loans and leases. While in this role, she guided the business in effectively leveraging information technology in originations, risk management and operations, with a focus on simplification, productivity and compliance.
