About the Speakers:
Larry Bonfante has held executive leadership positions over the past 35 years in the Financial, Pharmaceutical, Not for Profit, Consulting, and Sports and Entertainment industries. He has received numerous industry accolades including being nominated for the CIO Hall of Fame, being named as one of CIO Magazine’s CIO 100 and one of Computerworld’s Premier 100 IT Leaders. As Chief Information Officer at the United States Tennis Association, Larry’s team was responsible for all information technology related services supporting the US Open, the most highly attended annual sporting event in the world. Larry is the founder of CIO Bench Coach, LLC and has served as executive coach and trusted business adviser to executives at some of the largest and most prestigious companies in the world helping them transform their technology function, attract, develop and retain key leaders, turn talented individuals into high performing teams, change their organizational culture, leverage diversity as a strategic asset, and build board and C-Level relationships. He is also the author of the book “Lessons in IT Transformation” published by John Wiley & Sons and writes a leadership blog for CIO Insight. He has served as both President and Chairman of the Fairfield-Westchester chapter of SIM and is a founding member of the CIO Executive Council. Larry has been a guest lecturer for the Masters’ Degree programs at Columbia University, NYU, and Polytechnic Institute and is an accomplished public speaker who has elivered keynote presentations at major industry conferences on four continents.

Beverly Lieberman is President of Halbrecht Lieberman Associates, Inc., an internationally recognized executive search firm founded in 1957. The firm provides retained executive search services across multiple industries while specializing in Information Technology. Ms. Lieberman joined Halbrecht Associates in 1986 and became the owner in 1991. She has successfully managed searches for Fortune 500 companies as well as early-stage businesses. Industries served include healthcare, insurance, higher education, financial services, retail, manufacturing, government, management consulting, high technology, law and communications. In addition to executive search, Ms. Lieberman has established an executive coaching practice. She coaches senior executives in the areas of performance improvement and career development. Greg Fell is currently a General Partner in The Investors Collaborative, a Boston based Venture Capital group. As a trusted leader, he formally advises several technology startup companies, and mentors young entrepreneurs on the challenges in starting a technology business. Mr. Fell served as Vice President and Chief Information Officer of Terex Corporation from 2006-2013, where he led a strategic transformation of the IT Organization. Terex is a manufacturer of industrial equipment that employs 23,000 persons in 50 manufacturing locations around the globe. Before joining Terex, Mr. Fell spent nearly 20 years with Ford Motor Company. He started as a developer, and worked his way through a variety of management roles supporting the global Engineering and Manufacturing functions of the company. He has domain expertise on CAD/CAM/CAE systems, Lean Manufacturing, and Control Systems. Mr. Fell is a graduate of Michigan State University, and spent several years on staff in the College of Engineering as a Senior Research Programmer, and Instructor.
Mr. Fell is active in the CIO community, and is frequently quoted in books and periodicals for his knowledge of implementing ERP projects, and general IT leadership strategies. He is the current Chairman of the Fairfield Westchester Society of Information Managers, a former Board Member with Junior Achievement, and has mentored high school students through the First Tee Program. His book “Decoding the IT Value Problem” was published by John Wiley and Sons in August of 2013. The book has gained positive reviews for its research into the management issues and solutions required to make IT projects more successful.
